Deaf/Hard of Hearing Program
DHH Program: Glynn County School System
The Deaf/Hard of Hearing Department provides services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in grades Preschool through 12 for the Glynn County School System. The D/HH team currently includes three teachers of the Deaf as well as six sign language interpreters. Our focus is to support our students’ learning and success in the mainstream curriculum along with developing their self-advocacy and communication skills. We also assist with planning for transitioning to higher education and the work force following graduation.
