Background Check & Fingerprinting

SUMMER HOURS (June 1st - July 22nd)

Location: Glynn County Board of Education, 5505 Altama Ave, Brunswick, GA 31525

Hours:  Monday - 8:30am - 3:30pm, Tuesday - 8:30am - 12:30pm, Wednesday - 11:30am - 3:30pm

Fee: 

• New Hires & Current Employees: FREE
• All Subsitute Employees, Mentors and Volunteers: $43.25 must pre-pay this fee in the form of a money order or cashier's check made payable to: Glynn County Schools

Please be sure to bring a state-issued Driver's License/ID in addition to the following completed documents:

• Criminal Background Check Form: This form grants Glynn County Schools permission to perform fingerprinting and criminal background check services. This form must be completed, reviewed, and signed prior to the Fingerprint Background Check service being rendered.
• (MENTORS AND VOLUNTEERS ONLY) The National Child Protection Act/Volunteers for Children Act (NCPA/VCA) Waiver and Consent Form.

The last page of the Criminal Background Check Consent Form contains the Non-Criminal Justice Applicant's Privacy Rights, and Privacy Act Statement.  This page is for your records and is also posted below for your reference.
