** If you are age 65 or older and are currently enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan through SHBP, YOU MUST RE-ENROLL to remain covered under your current plan option in 2025. If you do not re-enroll, you will be automatically enrolled in the lowest cost standard MA plan option.
