Glynn County Schools Class of 2025 Shines on SAT and ACT

Glynn County Schools is proud to announce outstanding SAT and ACT results for the Class of 2025. This year’s students performed exceptionally well, continuing a strong tradition of academic excellence across the district.
The results reflect the combined data from Brunswick High School and Glynn Academy test takers.
SAT Results
The Class of 2025’s composite SAT score (Evidence-Based Reading & Writing + Math) was 32 points higher than the previous Class of 2024 and marked the second-highest in the past seven graduating classes.
While the state of Georgia’s average SAT scores have declined since 2021, Glynn County Schools continues to outperform both the state and national averages.

Evidence-Based Reading and Writing:
Class of 2025 scored 18 points higher than the Class of 2024.
State Average: 526
Glynn County Schools Average: 566

Math:
Class of 2025 scored 14 points higher than the Class of 2024.
State Average: 502
Glynn County Schools Average: 532
(A 30-point difference.)
In total, 328 students from the Class of 2025 took the SAT, a notable increase from 203 test takers in the Class of 2024.
ACT Results
The Class of 2025 also demonstrated strong performance on the ACT, with scores in English, Math, Reading, Science, and the Composite category all exceeding both state and national averages.
