Special Events & Rentals

The Glynn County School System is excited that you are interested in hosting an event at one of our venues. We are proud to offer premier locations for your private or public events. As you may already know, we host events throughout the year such as weddings, parties, business gatherings, meetings, sporting events and tournaments, and much more.

 

Our Special Events team members will assist you in coordinating all details while providing excellent customer service to you and your guests.

 

Please look through the special event information provided on this website. If you are interested in moving forward, please click on the Application link tab and complete the Facility Application and Rental Form. Once you complete the application form, please email the form to dlee@glynn.k12.ga.us. A special events team member will contact you within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your application.

Rentals for Policical Purposes

No school affiliates or school properties shall be used for the purpose of political campaigning including advertisements, displaying of political posters or political banners.  The only exception would be when a school facility is used by a community organization to hold a political forum or other similar activity for the public at large.
