The 2023-2024 Meal Application can be found at https://www.schoolcafe.com/GlynnCounty or by clicking the button below. We encourage all parents to complete the meal application before the first day of school. All students will start the school year based on their eligibility from the previous year; however, the grace period ends on September 19, 2023. Only one application is needed per family.

 

GREAT NEWS! The State School Board approved the recommendation to authorize the use of $6,333,876 of state ESSER funds to reimburse School Food Authorities (SFAs) for the remaining cost of reduced-price school lunches not funded by federal reimbursement. The $.40 lunch charges will be paid by the Georgia Department of Education for the 2023-2024 school year.

 

All students approved for reduced-price meals will receive meals at “no charge.” The lunch meal price for students not approved for free or reduced meals is $2.75.

 

We will send notification letters to all parents/guardians when meal applications are processed and eligibility is determined. The letter should be saved and used to document eligibility status for programs such as fee waivers for PSAT/SAT/ACT/AP, Girls and Boys Club, etc. If you have any questions, please contact the Free & Reduced Specialist, Patti LaNeve, at 912-267-4100 ext. 1355 or [email protected].
