  • Mentors and Volunteers must pre-pay this fee in the form of exact change or a money order/cashier's check made payable to: Glynn County Schools
 
 
*Please be sure to bring a state issued driver's license/ID in addition to the completed documents below.
 
Forms (2):
  1. The National Child Protection Act/Volunteers for Children Act (NCPA/VCA) Waiver and Consent Form must be completed and returned to the Human Resources Department.
  2. The Criminal Background Check Consent Form granting Glynn County Schools permission to perform fingerprinting and criminal background check services must be completed, reviewed, and signed prior to the Fingerprint Background Check service being rendered.
 
The last page of the Criminal Background Check Consent Form (Form #2 above) contains the Non-Criminal Justice Applicant's Privacy Rights, and Privacy Act Statement.  This page is for your records and is also posted below for your reference.
