During your time in school, have you had a favorite teacher? If so, who?
Mrs. Medders will always be my favorite teacher. I remember spending lunch in her classroom, joking about the coffee cups scattered around her sink or the SpaghettiOs she'd be eating. She was just a great teacher overall.
What will you remember most about your time in high school?
The most memorable time in high school for me will always be from freshman year. We were in the lunchroom with all the freshmen from the class of 2025, and they had us sign our names on a banner that they then hung up.
Now that you're a senior and this is your last year, what is your message to the underclassmen?
Now that I’m a senior, the message I leave for the underclassmen is to get out and explore. Meet new and amazing people. Don’t associate with those who don’t share your goals or who don’t want to thrive in a positive environment. Being popular isn’t the most important thing in high school, and being known by everyone isn’t necessary. Just being yourself is more than enough. Enjoy all your years in high school and live them with no regrets, making smart choices along the way. High school isn’t easy, but it isn’t complicated either. You just have to know that, at the end of the day, it’s all worth it.
Here's your chance to say hello, goodbye or thank you to anyone you wish:
To the class of 2025, I want to say 'see you later,' not 'goodbye' or 'thank you,' but 'see you later.' Hopefully, in this new chapter of our lives, we will cross paths again. I wish us all the very best as we grow up, take on more responsibilities, and continue to learn new lessons in life because learning never stops. I wish you all nothing but success. I hope each one of you strives to achieve your dreams. May this year bring prosperity, joy, and endless love to each and every one of you. Here's to the class of 2025.
