Brunswick High School opened its doors in the fall of 1967. We are located on the coast in Brunswick, Georgia, "The Gateway To The Golden Isles ".

BHS is a comprehensive high school for grades 9-12 with approximately1600 students and a staff of 120. As a unit of the
Glynn County School System, Brunswick High School has been fortunate in having special resources: our outstanding teachers. The 2005-2006 teacher of the year is Christine Carone, of our science department.

Our Partners in Education support our school in many ways. A special thanks from the learning community at Brunswick High to: Rich-Sea Pak Corporation,
Georgia Power Company, Belks, Athletic Attic, Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 177, and Sea Island Company.

Our mission at Brunswick High School, in partnership with parents and other community members, is to provide all students a quality education in a safe, supportive, and disciplined environment and to prepare them to become responsible citizens in a culturally diverse society.
